Our Founder
Vandana Shah has over 15 years of experience in the field of International Taxation and FEMA. Before founding her own venture - Shah V G and Co. she has been part of various international tax and transfer pricing assignments with consulting firm. Her experience includes not only working with Consulting firm but she understands even business necessity of transactions, due to her exposure with Tata Motors Limited. She was part of International tax team of Tata Motors Limited handling overseas expatriate taxation, transfer pricing and tax aspects of strategic overseas investments.
Her qualifications include Diploma in International Tax Course, conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in addition to Chartered Accountant degree. She has been contributor to various Articles in India and overseas in various professional and industry forums on various international tax and transfer pricing subjects.
